DELIVERY FEES FOR NZ
FREE for orders $50 and over. Orders under value of $50 (including any promotional code used) incurs a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.
We aim to fulfill the order as soon as we receive it on the same business day during opening hours, once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification. In most areas shipping takes 1-3 business days from the day it was fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days. Delays can be expected due to the overwhelming demand for courier services during COVID-19, so deliveries can take more time than usual.
We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all of our deliveries. However, if the designated address have "authority to leave" setup then this may be overruled. If you prefer not to, please add in any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.
All of our orders are fulfilled and shipped from our pharmacy at Life Pharmacy St Lukes in the Westfield Shopping Center, Mount Albert, Auckland, New Zealand.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SEASONAL PERIODS
Please allow 1-2 more extra business days for items to be fulfilled and/or shipped as these special times of the year may impact and delay the delivery process.
PO BOX DELIVERY
We deliver to PO Boxes - there will be a card to be signed at the time of collection.
We currently offer international deliveries to Australia for most items. All orders incur a $20 shipping fee for untracked shipping with a target delivery timeframe of 3-10 business days. Due to certain restrictions, fragrance and selected items are not eligible for this service and will be indicated on the shipping page during checkout if so.

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the date of dispatch of that order for deliveries within New Zealand.
We will do our best to recover your missing parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider.
HOW TO RETURN
To submit your returns request please visit our Returns Center here.
You will be guided with instructions on how to return your package. Alternatively, and for orders processed without an email or purchased in store please contact us on +64 9 846 3213 during business hours or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.
Life Pharmacy St Lukes will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
If we offer you a refund, we will process your refund and send you an email when this transaction has taken place. Please note it may take several days for the banks to process any refund. If we do not think you are entitled to return the product under our change-of-mind policy, we will let you know by email.
We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please refer to our excluded items list below or contact us if unsure.
This return policy applies to products purchased from our retail store located in St Lukes Westfield Shopping Center and online at www.lifepharmacystlukes.co.nz.
Items of a personal nature, vitamins, medicines, underwear and opened items, or items sold on clearance, cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is faulty, expired or has caused an allergic reaction.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
