What is the Hismile Stain Identifier?

With a funky red colour, the iD Stain Eraser works by binding to the bacteria (also known as the biofilm) on tooth enamel. A buildup of biofilm is the sneaky culprit of tooth stains, and can otherwise be hiding in plain sight. This gel pen with red dye is here to target and highlight these stains, making them easier to remove.

After your tooth stains have been identified, the Stain Eraser is here to polish away surface stains. It has a unique paste-like texture, with a mild abrasive action that helps scrub away stubborn stains, without compromising tooth enamel. How to use the Hismile iD Stain Eraser


Step 1: Apply the iD Stain Identifier

Start by clicking the button on the Stain Identifier Pen until the red formula starts to reach the tip. Then, brush a layer of the red stain identifier formula onto each tooth, before swishing and expelling any excess. Any areas on the teeth that are highlighted in red will show a higher plaque build-up or concentration of stains. 

Step 2: Apply the iD Stain Eraser

Taking a dry toothbrush, apply a pea-sized amount of the iD Stain Eraser, and then brush your teeth for one minute, applying extra attention to the red highlighted areas, before rinsing. You’ll notice any highlighted areas will now look reduced. 

If you’re keen to see the results of the stain eraser, you can then apply the stain identifier to the teeth again, which will show a reduction in the level of highlighted stains. 

DELIVERY FEES FOR NZ

FREE for orders $100 and over. Orders under value of $50 (including any promotional code used) incurs a shipping fee of $6 nationwide.

TIMEFRAME

For most areas orders are shipped overnight on business days, but may take up to 3 business days from the day it was fulfilled. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days. Delays can be expected due to the overwhelming demand for courier services during COVID-19, so deliveries can take more time than usual.

We aim to fulfill the order as soon as we receive it on the same business day during opening hours, once the order is fulfilled in store you will receive a notification.

We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so by default we require a signature on all of our deliveries. If you prefer not to, please add in any other instructions in the cart notes during checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged items in original condition and the product is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for a return, please refer to our excluded items list below or contact us if unsure.
