Plusssz Electrolytes SPORT 100% Complex is a professional preparation created for physically active people. Based on the slow-release carbohydrate PALATINOSE, which leads to a smaller and more balanced increase in blood glucose levels. It has a low glycemic index (GI) so stays in the blood system longer both during and after exercise. *Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose. Consumption of beverages containing isomaltulose instead of other sugars leads to a lower increase in blood glucose levels after their consumption than after consumption of beverages containing sugar.


Dosage:
Dissolve one tablet in a glass (200 ml) of cold water.
